BHI Construction's liability is limited to the value of the contracted work. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. All warranty terms are specified in the individual project contract.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes arising from our services shall be resolved in the courts of Prince George's County, Maryland.
